About Us
Female Run
Hi.AF
Hawai‘i AcroFest creates transformative experiences for new students, seasoned yogis, and teachers across the Hawaiian Islands.
Blending art, music, acro, and community, our festival offers all-level workshops led by local instructors, mainland teachers, and international talent.
With limited access to advanced acro training in the islands, Hi.AF provides a sustainable platform to bring world-class instruction and fresh inspiration to Hawai‘i—while uniting our inter-island acro community through an uplifting, grassroots-run experience.
Heavily influenced by the local community of dance and music, Hi.AF seeks to create a unique and deeply moving festival experience for all.

Our Story
Hawai‘i AcroFest was created to unite the global acro yoga community in the heart of the islands. Founded by Catherine Ritter (Critter) after her 2019 teacher training with, AcroRevolution, the event was born from a desire to connect local and visiting acrobats through a shared love of movement and play.
Now in its third year, Hi.AF remains a grassroots, community-powered celebration of acro, culture, and connection—uplifting local talent, bridging inter-island communities, and welcoming world-class teachers to shine under the Hawaiian sky.
